ECOvapor is a special machine that combines the power of our ecologic pressure washers and the efficiency of our steam generators in a single frame. Water is electrically heated in high pressure. Steam flows in medium pressure and can be supplied slightly dry or wet. The presence of the two systems, which can be used alternately and not simultaneously, makes the machine versatile for uses in the food processing.
In order to use the two systems at the same time, we recommend purchasing our ECOcube/ECOpower ecologic high pressure washers and vaporTROLLEY, our steam generator specifically designed to attach onto the ECOcube/ECOpower frame.
